After a good drying of fillers we have to select the best leaves to be in our fine cigars. Whole leaves with no stains, even colors, and the best aroma.

Ligeros being the darkest and most peppery, have the best walnut brown leather tone. Visos are more like a nice dark espresso color, with strength and sweetness.  Lastly, Secos, a chestnut brown leather color with unique flavors.

Ligero is the thickest leaf , followed by visos. Secos and bolados are almost like wrapper thickness. Also, a good weight of tobaccos is extremely needed to pass the first quality check . Someone every morning will give the roller the right amounts of Ligeros, visos, and secos to make sure there is no change in the blends.
